Testing The Built-in NOISE CANCELLATION Of Microsoft Teams? (By A Microsoft Engineer)

I tested out the built in noise suppression that Microsoft Teams has using my PC's built in mic and compared it to noise cancellation technology that a typical headset has. The results were surprising! I then try to answer the question: are headsets required anymore since noise suppression is built into Teams?

Awesome comparisons of the noise cancelling feature built into Teams! Headsets are still relevant for the reasons you mentioned (privacy, mobility, etc) but its great that we no longer have to worry so much about background noise polluting audio quality when we don''t have a headset handy for Teams.
