It looks exactly like one that I bought. It worked fine until the temperature dropped below 40 deg. F. I modified it by installing a 4 watt incandescent bulb in the internal circuit board enclosure. No problem since.

I’ve not had any issues with mine so far. But I don’t live in extremely cold climates either. It’s help up pretty good so far for the price 👌🏻 Pretty smart ideal putting the bulb in there for heat

We have the exact one, and it has worked great for us. It’s especially great for when you go on vacation or gone from the house for a few days

The have to deliver it to you first!!! Amazon is gotten so bad since they went into the delivery business. We have had 4 separate orders delivered to someone else address. Even with detailed address directions.

It’s not working at all. I wouldn’t recommend buying. The gears stripped out after 4-5 months.

I installed it and set the times, but I was getting tired of sitting around waiting to see if it closed at 6:00pm, so I hit the manual close. It didn’t open automatically this morning. I thought maybe I messed it up by manually closing it, but there is no “manual vs automatic” setting. So, what did I do wrong?

Mine has done this once before too. I manually opened it back up and let the timer take over and it worked as it should. I don’t think they like to be over ridden for some reason?

I’ve had this same type issue a couple times since I’ve had mine as well. I usually cycle it up and down manually a few times manually and then it will work perfectly from then on. I’m not sure what the deal is with it?
