Overall I cant say these blasters wow me. I mean, the insane FPS out of box is certainly a sight to behold, its just everything else has me feeling not sold on it. Then again I too am a lefty and maybe I'm just salty about the safety placements... Hmmmmm

Honestly shocks me that most manufacturers that go out of their way to make new darts aren’t doing some kind of riffle or stabilization like the accustrike or waffle heads have

A barrel extension and/or scar would certainly give the muzzle end of the maulr a bit more character.

The Gnarl does come with a detachable front sight. It's a little piece of green plastic so not surprised you misplaced it. And yeah, the low setting on the Maulr for me actually liked worn Worker darts better than new. When they were brand new they squibbed about half the time. When they were a bit worn they fired fine every time.

Just from watching Bradley Phillips videos I've learnt the darts you use probably contribute 50-75% of your accuracy

No. There is no "best" darts. As seen here some blasters like certain darts and not others. The key is to figure out which darts your blaster prefers or to tune your blaster to a specific dart.
