All of my knives (folding, fixed blade, food prep), machetes, and other items are from Cold Steel. The versatility and variety of items they can bring to the customers like me is unlike any other knife and tool company out there that I know of. Mr. Thompson is not just a knife maker. He is a knife personality. Amazing rolemodel for young business owners. Cold Steel knives might leave an impression of overbuilt/overkill. But there are situations in life, maybe just once, when You need a pocket sword. And then, if You have a Cold Steel in your pocket, You’re good to go. There is a lot of knives on my wishlist, but the next one I’ll buy will be a Cold Steel. 4 Max Scout or AD-10. Haven’t decided yet.

I carry the Vaquero Grande serrated 6 inch folder in my right pocket. The Rajah ll in my left. The S&W 10mm under my left shoulder w 5 additional 15 capa magazines EDC. In the Jeep I have a Cold Steel 12 inch Kukri in my backpack and a 24 inch folding baton by my seat.
