Every person that has said they don't like this Foundation has not applied it correctly. After initially tapping it into the foundation it must be tapped off onto the lid before being applied to the face. J and K beauty products are usually applied differently than we are taught to apply and it makes a world of difference

Robert Welsh has an excellent tutorial on how to properly apply and use this foundation. A large majority of people who have had "cake-face" or problems with the foundation settling into lines, etc. have used WAY too much foundation. My first thought when I saw you put this on was, "that is way too much!" People complaining about having to adapt to how you put this foundation on - didn't you have to adapt and learn the correct way to using a beauty sponge, etc.? The foundation was manufactured to be applied a certain way in order to get the best results, and the tutorials are out there. But if you're not going to apply the foundation the way the manufacturer instructs and has designed for it to be used, you can't be surprised when you get results you don't like.

Lol. I dipped into the cushion one time for my entire face... can't apply much less than that. I know the correct way to apply cushions. It's not rocket science. Some formulas are going to work for someone's skin, and some aren't. That's life. But thanks, anyway. 👍

@@TheGlamourIndex Nope, it’s not rocket science, but technique matters. I noticed the amount of foundation that applied to the sponge depended on how hard I pressed into the pan and whether I offloaded it on the inside cover. I just did this the other day, and didn’t get the result I did when I first used it (which I was very happy with). The difference was in my technique and that I didn’t follow the directions.

You are one of the only reviewers I truly trust so I was hoping you'd talk about this!! I love full coverage too because my ginger genes have me covered in freckles! I'm not always trying to "hide" them but it's much easier to blank out and start fresh on my face! I will try this now that I've heard you like it!! I also got that puff from Shop Miss A but haven't found a way to use it that I like but this sounds perfect for it!! Thank you Ashley!!!

I love the TirTir foundation. I have normal to dry skin and I do not set it. Also I don't wear it as full coverage, more of a medium light coverage just due to mature girl skin problems. Lol I got mine off Amazon using Tatis code and paid about 14 for it about a month ago. I love Yes style too

I wear straight castor oil. Let it sit for 15 min. And it works amazing all day with a mask for my 12 hr shift

I’m so glad you reviewed this cushion foundation 😊 You really gave it a good workout and tried it a few different ways and I so appreciate that! I am not a cushion foundation person but I was seeing this one and thinking of giving it a go. I still may try it bc now I know how best to apply it and what to try. I ended up returning mine to Amazon. Too time consuming for the application for me. I would not mind trying the white one which is their glow version. I much prefer the new ELF foundation which is half the price

I must be the only one because I wasn't a fan of that foundation. I bought the Clio Kill cover glow cushion foundation from amazon, and I love that one and it is so much better than the TirTir in my opinion. Wears so much better and does not settle in lines like the TirTir and gives a slight glow but nothing too much. I do have dry skin so maybe that is why, but I really don't get why TirTir is so viral lol I will still use it up though. Loved seeing your little girl hug and kiss you!! xoxo Debbie
