My husband makes a delicious homemade crunch wrap and if you make it or a version of it again (which you should), I have some advice. 1. For your outer tortilla, get a large or xl size then 2. For your inner tortilla find the mini crunchy ones. They sit perfectly inside the larger flour wrap and act as the perfect centre to fold into. The fold should be tight without gaps like a well wrapped present. Good luck! Keep cooking. You’re already getting better! (And don’t worry- I’ve been cooking for years and still injure myself in the kitchen. Some of us are just clumsy lol)

A tip for the wrap use water to seal the wrap. Dab water on inside and outside rim of tortilla.

Some advice from someone whose tried making crunchwraps at home. The key element for me was putting it on a old skool George Forman Grill which presses it down.They do still make them but they are far fancier now. Also works for grilled cheese. I feel like it would be a good investment appliance for your channel.
