The JUMP ROPE THING. If your in confined spaces and don't want to risk knocking things or hitting anything or anyone, this seems like a good option I guess.
@leonorpereira1341Ай бұрын
But then again, couldn't you just jump and rotate your wrist as if you're using a jump rope? I just don't get the rope thing 😭
@louisa515Ай бұрын
@@leonorpereira1341it gives a lil bit of resistant and the weight of a rope, helps keep time and emulate jumping rope a bit better. Can help if you're learning how to jump rope too without constantly tripping 😄
@KellayKatАй бұрын
The point of them is for people that have lower ceilings/less space/limited access to outside space and the balls on the end are supposed to be weighted and give you more of an arm workout than a regular jump rope.

Please test space saving products! I'm in a tiny apartment.
@kirsty735Ай бұрын
My theory for the jump rope is so you can use it in a smaller area. Like you need quite a large, open space to use a jump rope of you'll be hitting and breaking stuff. So maybe this one is something you use in like an apartment or small home gym 🤔🤔

Hey Rachel! I have a purple belt in Taekwondo- watching your kicks! You’ve got some amazing power in your hits, but when you’re kicking I’m noticing that you’re pointing your toes. Try standing on your tippy toes before you kick, as if you were wearing heels, and keep your foot in that position when you kick. You want to kick with the balls of your toes! Not the top of your foot. Otherwise, you’ll break your toes! 😅 Hope this helps!

The ‘rope-less jump ropes” were originally designed for Adaptive Athletes! A number of my friends were training for the Adaptive CrossFit Games, (and other huge events) when Equip Products introduced the Multi Rope to the market & completely changed the game for those of us whose bodies, and mobility aids don’t exactly comply with a normal jump rope!

Hey Rachel you might not see this but I just wanted to give some advice on kicking. Kick with the top of your foot not the tip of your foot when you kick on the side targets it will be more effective and comfortable for you to kick where your shoe laces usually are and with a little twist of your hips on one foot your be like karate kid from the movies 😂

Unlike Rachel's iconic foot pumping prowess, rumor had it that Rocky became a great fighter after filling a punching dummy with air by repeatedly pumping a hand pump with his handy hand pump hands over a thousand times.

The jump rope things are for cardio exercise without having to worry about tripping on the rope. There’s some video exercise programs that use them.

4:29 the ball actually does go the size that you were expecting. You just have to pump it up further it’s a lot stretchier than you expect you feel like you’re gonna pop it, but you don’t

I have never been able to actually jump rope so trying does nothing for me because I'm constantly hitting myself with the rope... So the fake jump rope would be targeting people like me... However I just do the motions to get the benefits... I have folded the rope in half and just used two as well tho so I don't know if it is necessary
