Yesss Whit! Thank you for using your platform to dismantle diet culture and common misconceptions. You did it in an seamless and easy way. Everyone has their own meaning to healthy. Yes! Gluten free doesn’t mean healthier. We have been told that eliminating food groups is good and you will be healthier if you restrict so then you will be happier but this is not the case. For you, (and for many others) gluten free is better for you, but it doesn’t mean it is better for many others. Thanks for showing you can be fit and eat a cookie. I’ve been struggling a little bit and this brought me back to life, girl if I want a cookie, I should eat a dang cookie! Thanks for bringing me back.
