If anyone wants to try the cropped hoodie/skirt thing, helpful tip. Attach a safety pin on the drawstring to lace it through a lot easier since it gives you something more solid to grip.

Or you can thread a rod, dowel, or electricians fish tape through, then securely afix(tape) the drawstring and pull back through. My mom used to have an actual sewing tool for this exact purpose.

Love the DIY projects Hope! Just a lil' tip on the drawstring situation... take a large safety pin and stick on the end of the cord and its SUPER easy to feed through the opening!!! Once you feed the cord all the way through, then just undo the safety pin.. Works like a charm!

Bleaching clothing has actually been one of my hobbies for the last six months, I will say black clothing about 99% of the time turns orange when you bleach it. If you want the black and white look you need to dye a white item.

I know it's too late but from someone who sews and has need to thread elastic through fabric a fair few times, safety pin. Attach it to the end of the drawstring. It makes finding the end with your fingers easy and helps you get a good grip.

If you ever open back up your Hopescope store, you should paint your own designs and send it off to be manufactured. I would totally buy more stuff because it's so unique! The last tank is so pretty and loved the details on it. Also, I totally want to retry this. I like the idea of clipping it on cardboard, I've never thought about that!
