@@livbarberr awwww i understand what u mean, i went vegan back in april and at first my parents weren’t here for it, but they’ve slowly come around, now my mom is mostly plant based and my dad is open to trying vegan foods too!! my advice would just be to be prepared with reasons on why you want to go pescatarian, as well as facts of why it’s okay to, and still nutritionally satisfying. go for it!! you got this and i’m already so proud of u. love u🤍

Actually they are! The disclaimer at the bottom of the ingredients list stating “May contain milk, wheat and egg” is just to warn people with allergies about any possible cross-contamination, NOT because they’re added ingredients. You can find similar disclaimers on lots of other vegan food products as well :)
