The sandwich thing, put all the ingredients in a bowl and use scissors to chop it all up then scoop it out with a spoon and fill the sandwich that way. Then if theres any left, the bowl can be covered and put in the fridge. That's what we used to do at work when the people we support had to have their salad cut up really small

I've been buying those pancakes from our local Asian bakery for probably 30 years 😮. They also sell banana ones which I think are my favourite. Need to leave them to chill ... So good!

Tip for your flour containers. Go to the range and buy small draw knobs and screw them on. Makes removing the lids so much better.

My cousin used to look after a young man with Downs a couple of days a week. He loved salad sandwiches but had to have his food pureed, so she had to make the sandwich including salad cream then put it into the blender. She didn't like the idea but did it anyway for him. She tried a bit one day and said it actually tastes just like a salad sandwich would. I suppose the chopped salad sandwich is the same just a bit chunkier and without the bread mixed in.
