The gym shark is meant to prevent moisture from the inside since that’s where your skin is and where your sweat is. So they do prevent sweat spots.

Samantha Boutilier I have a few pairs of gym shark leggings, I think they do stay up really well. But just beware that the ones with the booty contour sometimes don’t look as good if you don’t have a big butt to fill them out. The vital seamless are probably my favorite.

Ashlee Louise Take it easy, girl. That sounds like an incredibly unhealthy workout regimen. I hope you’re eating enough to balance all of that out. I just hope you can find a good balance between working out, eating healthy, and loving yourself. (I hate to make assumptions about you as person, but working out that much and worrying so much about your body is rather alarming. I just hope you’re okay. Ashlee Louise that’s waaaay to much for a 14 year old, I went down that path too and it tears you apart. You need to find a balance, and you would be surprised at how much it helps to just remember to live and separate yourself from the exercise. Understanding that if you just feel tired and don’t want to you don’t have to, find confidence in what you look like. And if you want to change your weight do it healthy and do it for your general health.

Aspacia 4 i lost 18kg when i was 11 and was diagnosed at 11 as well, i’m 16 now, fully recovered but this is just what works for me lol! i’m an athlete so it just kind happens aha! i’m completely good though and are still gaining weight so i’ve actually had to cut back on the food a bit too but all good

Omg I have like 5 pairs of those and they are AMAZING! I love aeries leggings because they are so high waisted, and thick (but is super flattering and it will keep you cool, and won’t show ur regular underwear) they are the only leggings I wear. They have different variations of the style Erin is wearing, and are super size-inclusive. They are super cost affordable and they have so many designs, and cute pairs, they have leggings, pants, shirts, and so much more for any occasion. They also sell more things like jackets and lounge wear (which I HIGHLY recommend). 😁 hope this helps!

All of my workout clothes are from gymshark and I love them! They definitely are only hard to put on the first couple of times but mold to your body. I also dont understand whenever big youtubers try gymshark they never try the most popular items! The gymshark camo collection is so comfortable and flattering I wish they would have tried those out!

I tried so many pants these last few years... My heart goes to lululemon... Yes it's pricey but it's totally worth it and it's good quality so they'll last for years... But don't try Lulu... You'll never go back to the cheap brands. Edit: yes I said pants because leggings are pants !!!

I totally agree. Nothing compares to lulu leggings and they really are worth the price. I have a pair that are 7 years old and look and feel exactly the same as they did brand new. I even machine wash and dry them (which you shouldn’t really do with activewear) and they are still fine.

I just picked up the jumpsuit, it was from the travel section of their new athletic line. I also tried on a few of their workout pants and didn’t find one that I liked, the sizing was all over the place. I tried everything in the same size and one of the pants was enormous and one too tight and one looked a little like I was wearing a diaper and also the seams were uncomfortable. BUT I’m loving the jumpsuit so far, I’m definitely going to get a good amount of athleisure wear out of it. Overall it was very hit and miss, definitely try on if you can. Also, try to get one with the security tag on a seam, if it’s in a regular thinner part of the fabric, definitely inspect it after they remove it, those anti theft things can be aggressive on the fabric.

Loryn!! You would loveeeee the gymshark vital seamless leggings. They don’t have the seams that press into your skin and go up very high waisted. I’ve never had a problem with them rolling down or sliding. They’re my favorite leggings ever and they’re super soft too

I struggle just as drew does. Every time i buy leggings. it looks just like that. it's always this weird crotch gap!! It's like they are made primarily for people with a wider hip and butt ratio. If you look at Loryn and Erin they have wider hips. I have small hips but my ass is out. it's like leggings don't account for people with small hips and a butt that is more out rather than spread out, If you get what i'm saying. When I do pull them up it's up, it's damn near to my bra and IT STILL SLIDES DOWN, GIVE ME THE CROTCH GAP. i don't know how to put it into words or how to fix it. It's always been that way for me. Even with panty-hose or tights. I just stopped buying them all together.

I would like to say Gym Shark is probably the best of these 3 when it comes to longevity, durability and comfort for actual work outs. I think the water test would be optimal with water under the pants; not on the outside since that's not how we sweat. I would also recommend fabletics as a test run. As well as doing some work outs to actual trial the flexibility and comfort with various larger movements!

my favorite high impact sports bra are the adjustable strap and band ones from target. They have lightly lined cups with no wire which is not only supportive for running and jumping but great for contact sports. Being larger in the chest and playing soccer, these have become my secret weapon!
