My ex was on testosterone replacement therapy and it seemed as his levels were gradually increased so did his aggressive behavior. He's serving a prison sentence now bc he wouldn't stop beating me up. I've always wondering how much of a role trt played in his behavior.

@HA4 YT, thanks so much. I've struggled tremendously w the trauma for the last year that he's been away. It seems the trauma doesn't fully kick in until you're safe and out of the situation. I'm finally getting treatment and doing better though.

@HA4 YT, I'm so sorry to hear your mother and yourself have had to go through that. Just from your comments I can tell you're a kind, empathetic person who will break that generational curse and be an excellent partner in the future.

Not much. Most men learn how to control their anger. You’re just making excuses for a women beater.

@@jacobgalvan9397, he put himself in the system. Your point of view is clearly skewed from your personal experiences if you view it that way. Gross.

Martha Stewart my boyfriend is using testosterone supplement to enhance performance in endurance training. I needed to know whether this could be why he’s becoming aggressive and angry. I don’t know whether he has been like this before beginning training because we’ve only been together for 4 months. He got aggressive during a pool match and started on me when I saw him afterwards.

I'm watching this because my twin sister came out as transgendered and ever since his transition, he's become absolutely horrible and unbearable.
@satanichippo
@satanichippo Жыл бұрын
I believe it is said "transgender", instead of "transgendered." If your sibling is showing more signs of aggression, that might be caused by something else rather than the testosterone. HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) for testosterone is not supposed to go above the range of testosterone levels of average cis men.

Testosterone was just the ingredient needed when defending your family from a tiger. In civilization its better used in sports. Taking it out on a woman is weak.

Well Ted Bundy had high testosterone and he was the aggressor . Low Testosterone and high testosterone can make a man more angry .A lady was murdered by her husband who was very bad tempered and he took steroids . He would get angry over something so minute. So I don’t fully agree with this .

@@Mike-xq7ib Excuse me , someone I knew very well had high cortisol and low testosterone . He was a very much abusive person and he had a Dutch sex hormone metabolites test It was found that he had low testosterone and high cortisol . His adrenal glands was producing too much adrenaline .So I am not wrong . If people take steroids and are abusing them , they will end up with health problems .
