இந்த அரசாணை 2019 இல் நடந்த Pg trb தொடர்பானது ...Tamil, chemistry, history. Economics பாடப்பிரிகளில் இடஒதுக்கீடு சரியாகப்பின் பற்றாமல் நீதிமன்றத்தில் ஓராண்டுகாலம் வழக்கு நடந்த பின் Court revised list விடச்சொல்லி தீர்ப்பு வழங்கிய போது Trb யால் Appointment பெற்ற மேற்கண்ட Candidates க்கு தகுதிகாண் பருவமே முடிந்துவிட்டது.ஆனால் trb revised list விட்டு 70 பேரை வெளியேற்றி விட்டு நீதிமன்ற ஆணைப்படி செயல்பட்டது.ஆனால் பள்ளிக்கல்வித்துறை அவர்களின் வாழ்வாதாரம் கருதி ததக்கவைத்துக் கொள்வதாகவும் மேற்கொண்ட அரசாணையை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது இன்றைய நாள்வரை அவர்கள் Trb serial number இல்லாமல் தான் பணிபுரிகிறார்கள்.. சுருக்கமாகச் சொல்ல வேண்டுமெனில் For example 246 என்ற Serial number இல் கந்தசாமியும் பணிபுரிகிறார் குப்புசாமியும் பணிபுரிகிறார்..இந்தப்பிரச்சணையைத் தீர்க்கத்தான் G.o போட்டுள்ளார்கள் additional. List விட்டு இவர்களைத் தக்கவைத்துக் கொள்ள அரசு பயன்பாட்டுத் துறைக்கு அறிவுறுத்தியுள்ளதன் அடிப்படையில் G.o வெளியிட்டு பள்ளிக்கல்வித்துறை இதுவரை நடைமுறைப்படுத்தவே இல்லை..இந்த G.o ஆங்கிலத்தில் உள்ளதால் எங்களுக்கு(Tamil department) புரியவில்லை எவ்வாறு உங்களுக்கு அனுப்புவது வாழ்வாதாரம்கருதி

​my Roll number was listed in the withheld list as court case. I don't have any court cases on me and no cases against TRB also. Even though I had already completed my B.Ed, I applied the BT/BRTE exam with the minimum educational qualification of GRADUATION AND 2-YEAR DIPLOMA IN ELEMENTARY EDUCATION (by whatever name known). Which is the first one among six minimum educational qualifications along with PASS IN TNTET PAPER-2 as prescribed by (1) TRB Notification no: 03/2023,dated:25/10/2023.para.6(B),page no-11. (2) Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu School Educational Subordinate Service, section 48, ANNEXURE-1(Referred to in Rule-6), Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.36, dated 30/01/2020. (3) NCTE Notification dated 23rd August, 2010. As per the above Notifications, it was clearly proved that the Percentage in Graduation is needed when it is joined with B.Ed. and the Percentage in Graduation is not prescribed (which means that PASS IN GRADUATION is enough) when it is joined with 2-YEAR DIPLOMA IN ELEMENTARY EDUCATION (by whatever name known). Even though I possessed the required minimum educational qualifications, my roll number was wrongly listed in withheld list for the percentage issue. That's why the reason for withheld is mentioned as court case. But this issue is not applicable to me as per the above Notifications. That's why I asked you sir ...

Consider 200 persons to be employed for a particular post. **At the time of calculating the vacancies:** 1. **Current Vacancies:** These are vacancies created by the departure of previously occupied persons due to promotion, resignation, transfer, or death. For instance, if an employee is promoted to a higher position, their previous post becomes a current vacancy. 2. **Backlog Vacancies:** These refer to positions reserved for a specific category that remain unfulfilled due to administrative needs and are temporarily filled through the General Turn. When vacancies later occur in the General Turn, they are allocated to the particular reserved category as backlog vacancies. This situation occurs only for reserved categories. For example, if a reserved category post is not filled because there were no eligible candidates, it may be temporarily filled by a general candidate. However, the next available general vacancy will be allocated to the reserved category to address this backlog. 3. **Shortfall Vacancies:** These are identified by comparing the reserved category's required percentage representation with the actual number of persons from that category occupying positions. The gap between these numbers is known as shortfall vacancies. This situation also occurs only for reserved categories. For example, if a category is supposed to have 30% representation but only 20% of the positions are occupied by that category, the shortfall is the difference, i.e., 10%. **Carry Forward Vacancies:** If a vacancy remains unfulfilled in a previous recruitment drive, it will be notified in the next recruitment drive as a Carry Forward Vacancy. These vacancies are prioritized in subsequent recruitment drives to ensure that they are filled. For example, if a post reserved for a particular category is not filled due to a lack of qualified candidates in the initial recruitment drive, this unfilled post will be carried forward and re-advertised in the next recruitment cycle. This helps in maintaining the intended workforce composition and ensuring that reserved positions are eventually filled. Carry Forward Vacancies:: the 'carry' will be done only for 3 recruitment drive, later it will be filled with General Turn. Later stage, If vacancy occurs in General Turn the same will be reallocated as Backlog vacancy to that particular reserved category
