I would visit my family in Bethlehem every summer, and played in the Hosh Al Syrian neighborhood as a child, you brought back so many amazing memories. You make the khousa and mashie just like my mom does in true “Talhami” style. I love your passion and I can’t wait to see the rest of the series!
