Shoutout to Rev. Tinirau Soatini for composing this song; and Tzar and Dana for being the original singers. Penrhyn's best of the best. The basic gist of the song is about William Marsters and his 5 wives (Harehata, Tepaeru, Akakaingaro, Tinioi and Matauia). The song is essentially celebrating their family genealogy which can be traced back to Tongareva and Palmerston Island! It also mentions Tepaeru from mangaia (traditional name being A'ua'u).

1st Heard this song live when the Tongareva Big-String Band sang it at the Opening of Marsters House near the Culture Centre in here in Raro. Dozens of singers, pastors etc. with guitar, huklele, and me with my pahu sneaking in at the back. WOW !! What a Song, , What an opening, what a day.
