I sometimes cook rice using a soup pot on gas burner (due to power failure :)). It takes less time than using an electric cooker to finish and the rice is naturally delicious. 🍙🐱

冬場と夏場に水分量を変えたりしてみています☺️ お米の種類によっても違うので一度炊いてみて微調整してみてください！

何度も鍋で炊き、失敗しました。そのため、炊飯器を買いました。5000円くらいの電気炊飯器でも、最高の炊き加減です。フライパンでの炊飯、考えたことなかったです。問題は、うちはIHコンロだからと思いますが、フライパン炊飯も試してみたいと思います。情報、ありがとうございました。
