The more I see people do really anything at high speed and level the more I realize it's not about them doing it to the point that they're getting everything perfect but that they're doing something as best they can as quickly as they can, at times purely to be active whilst buying themselves time to think because doing something is better than doing nothing

There is CTWC which is for competitive Classic Tetris on the NES (no T, S or L spins just 4 line clearing) but is there a championship for competitive Modern Tetris? I feel like if it does exist then people would probably talk about it more than the NES Tetris championship cause it’s arguably more unpredictable. The only thing I could think of was the tournament Nintendo held for this game but that’s not really a “championship”.
@cyootlabs4 жыл бұрын
@@kikilocket modern tetris comps are held in their respective communities, because the differences in gameplay response such as DAS, ARR, line clear lag, garbage mechanics, etc. mean that gameplay optimization means a different thing in different games for example, in most cases for the average player who has spent some time on the harddrop wiki you would not want to approach a competitive match in PPT the same as one in Tetr.io
