The acid rain bug has been in Necrotic Wake since Shadowlands. It was there for the entirety of the expansion and never got fixed then so don't expect it to get fixed this xpac either. Small indie company.

and it's jade fire stomp too T_T there were so many times where it either never popped or was in very weird angles that cover almost no area... it's essential for my rotation as a mw,cutting your damage and healing by a ton ain't fun.

Guardian here, vortex does not work since day one (together with typhoon) in dawn on ships...i assume for same reason as acid rain

yooo thanks for sharing that SoB thunderstorm tech. Also the Dawnbreaker 1st boss is still dcing players if they mount and fly away too quickly during the intermissions. Only thing we've come up with why it happens is bc the boat is moving fast already so when you speed away immediately the game loses track of where you are and dc's you. We just started waiting to fly away after mounting up.

We figured out a fix for the dodgeballs last night, if you aim the dodgeballs from the outside pointing inwards it still hits for the guessing game phase.

For the Spotter being talked about around 3:20 - the root of Wild Charge (Druid bear form charge) also works on it. Not on the very first Spotter though, for whatever reason....

Acid rain hasn't been working since release on the Dawn ships and NW Necropolis. Have been reporting this since release every single reset. Looks like they are not able to fix it.

Good question, I'm not exactly sure. I know stuns and grips just cancel it, but I don't know how garrote would work on an invisible cast like this. Sorry I could not be of more help.

I suspect that on weeks that the affix spawns an add, the dodgeball is disabled from dealing damage to anything but players. On weeks where the affix doesn't spawn an add, it probably does damage guessing game clone

Which is kinda bullshit because they don't want the xalatath Ghost to be hit by the arrows but in Ara kara the add does get the 50% damage reduction from the blood guards. So either the ghost gets nothing or all, pick one blizzard

why would you meld off the debuff when you can just cancel the corrupt cast with meld?

Because there are two corrupts being cast for the final pack and neither are guaranteed to go on your melder. By preventing the debuff applying at all you at least make it possible to survive for everyone. And even then it’s a lot of damage

Just to make clear regarding the corruptor packs: are you saying that if a party member goes in, melds, and the the rest of the party re-engages , you’ll no longer take the increased shadow damage?

My felguard as demo warlock just disappears on the first boss on dawnbreaker and even if i resummon it it doesn't shows up. Or im just bad dunno

Even if I do get to summon him he often just shit there because he can't path to the both, same can happen for grimoire felguard. You also loose all your imps jumping from airship to airship. Dawn is generally a dungeon you don't want to be playing demonology.

Had an issue where first boss dawnbreaker meleed my tank in a +12 for 7 mil at a time - gear wasnt broken and it was a pally with normal play

Honestly, as annoying as it is if they changed the 15 sec death timer affix and made it an affix that causes mobs to run that would be a affix that require people to use there cc's more and not really affect the timer but still be challenging while not making people leave on one wipe and it's only bad if you can't use your whole kit and not just damaging abilities.
