My black friday dress arrived just recently as well. I ordered mine custom sized. Well they didn't made it to the correct measurements and it is 5cm too small on the full upper body. The dress itself is beautiful but I am really sad they didn't use the correct measurements. Now I need to loose weight to fit in my dress. :( Hope you feel better soon and the recovery went well!

If the dress has definitely been made to the wrong measurements, contact customer service! They might be able to find a way to fix it, especially since it was their mistake.

Did you order your normal size? i read that it runs small? i would like to order a custom size but I've read in several reviews that they have come too small. I can't decide what to do.....

I did order my normal size and I have no issues with this dress. Anytime I've had a sizing issue it's been minor, but I know others have had a different experience. It's a tough call because there's always a risk, but reach out to customer service and talk over your options with them. Also, last year Teuta had a spring sale that was pretty good, so that could save you a little on the cost.
