I think you mean 420. Permabrew is technically best crosspathed as 501 cos perishing potions obviously can’t extend the permanent potion time. However, clearly 420 is the better crosspath for earlier tiers so most Permabrews also made like that.

Bottom path is better for buffing multiple towers, middle path is better for one tower, increasing the amount of attacks the buff lasts for. For permabrew it doesn't matter what path you're going for since middle path isn't actually making the buff stronger, just longer, which is useless for permabrew
