I would do tier 0 ninja monkey for tier 1 the anti bloon so he can attack twice as normal for tier 2 absolute zero so he can slow down the bloons for tier 3 spirit of forest so he can basically attack global for tier 4 the M.A.D so he can do a lot of damage and in my brain im thinking that the mech shoots the ninjas Shuriken and the Shuriken is made of what the M.A.D rockets and for tier 5 ultra juggernaut so he now shoots the ultra juggernaut balls and whenever they bounce some Shurikens appear and there all made how the M.A.D rockets are made
