By and far the best sound effect in the whole cartoon. Big, tough TV cowboy with the low, gruff voice shrieking like a 4-year-old little girl! Tex Avery had a big thing about making fun of limited TV programming in the 50's, especially Westerns, as these cartoons were originally only seen in theaters before the main attraction.

In Termine Terrace, the closest in my opinion who touched his style were Bob Clampett and Robert McKimson.

But that exact laugh is what I do picking up my dog and he starts going crazy and getting pumped up.
