As a South Carolina fan, I really don’t see how the offense would have made enough changes over the bye week that they will be able to score touchdowns. If the defense is constantly on the field, A&M will take advantage of their short rests. The only way South Carolina makes it close is winning the turnover battle

At some point, if everybody says A&M will or might lose to South Carolina and the spread is less than 3 points, you would have to think A&M will not be sleepwalking through this game and more than likely will bring their A game. This is what i dont get, MILLIONS of dollars are on the line between the coaching staff, and they have watched both conner and marcel practice for 8 freaking months. When conner went down they put in marcel and watched him start in 3 full games, and then decided to go back to conner....why is that? They dont give a fuck who was starter, they care about who gives them the best chance to win, and they went with conner. 2 sides of the same coin. That's what's nice about having 2 completely different, yet capable qbs. Against team A, weigman expands the playbook, against team B Reed expands the playbook. Or, not necessarily the playbook, but the field. The both have their talents and one isn't objectively better than the other. Personally i think weigman is too good for our receivers, and that's what's allowed reed to shine is because reed never takes the difficult shots

I think this is the perfect situation for A&M in a trap game. A&M has a bye next week so there won’t be much looking ahead. A&M played close games with Bowling Green and Mississippi State so they’ve learned their lesson to not take anyone lightly. I still think it will be a close game but the Aggies will win it by 6 or 7. I do trust the skilled players for South Carolina. Because on offense we have Joshua Simon and Nyck Harbor and Mazeo Bennett Jr to get lots of reps and catching the ball better. Also LaNorris Sellers and Rocket Sanders can keep on doing what they're doing with the run game and it will be very good. Also the defense for South Carolina will win the turnover battle and all of that will be good enough for South Carolina to win 35-17.
