Apartment complexes don’t change A/C filters. That’s a tenant responsibility. The apartment landlords count on the tenants doing it to keep their electric bills down. I’ve lived in apartments for 30 years and never had a landlord change an A/C filter. Even in luxury complexes with health centers, spas and pools. The a/c filter is on the tenant.

It's Texas. I had my door kicked in and most of the homes around here in this good area, have repaired doors from them being kicked in. It's a TX thing. They mug you up North and kick in door here. Everyone has a gun. All the little old ladies at the church have a gun. And I like the guy too, but he looks and sounds a bit high and his screech is slurred but that ok. Who cares about that but I think a Go Fund me is a bit much. And if no cameras were across at the other door and no one home...why come back to that apartment and keep making noise for all to hear by kicking and kicking at the door. Lots of places were maybe empty and easy to get into so why come back to that apartment that has a camera and maybe someone home?

Naw what I would’ve done was waited until that door was kicked in and make sure that was the last door they ever kicked in again. In that situation you make sure they never return those were warning shots that could’ve killed his neighbors. what they dont tell you about these things, people getting away, is the nights you dont sleep, constantly looking over your shoulder because hes out there and may feel grudged against you for fighting back. the mentality of these apes and the stupidity of gangbangers or robbers is neverending. i agree with him when he said he wished he got him, cause i feel for his days that dont get compensated where every little noise makes you wonder.
