We can tell how hard you’ve worked and how tired you are but you are almost there for Texas, your channels going to grow a lot more after Texas. AJ. I want to provide some constructive criticism and/or feedback. Please don’t take it personal bc I do admire your dedication, hardwork and commitment to being the best . That said, I want to suggest you doing the following to help with your eye contact. Spend 5 minutes 5 times daily just talking to the mirror while you are looking straight at it. Don’t stop until you get comfortable looking directly in the mirror while talking. This will help you be better with eye contact when you speaking to the camera. Because When you are speak I’m the camera, you are looking all over the place but directly in the camera….. AJ, we cannot hear what you are saying also, you are not looking directly at us when you are speaking to us. To be honest, it doesn’t show that you care about your audience. We want to hear from you, see the other part of AJ and his life outside the gym. Finally, where is the young lady who has been with you from the start…. Please don’t say you guys have separated bc she should be celebrating your success together Good luck

I hope Andrew ever gets time to read this...your body is awesome. You now have a big task after the pro show you have , first give in a month of legs + an added body everyday but ensuring no day misses without u working out the legs brutally..during that time, take creatine(very emphasized), protein shakes and lots of chicken ,fish fillets ,( mango, watermelon, pawpaw, avocado and orange) salads ....you'll tell me after that...we need those quadriceps and harmstrings to match the Olympia stage ,they ain't yet there... once you work on that brutally everyday alongside another part... u'll be jacked asf

Train forearms and calves not only big muscles like arms, chest, legs and back. Good training, keep on, you're getting the peak in the biceps like Robby Robinson, Arnold, Albert Beckles, Kaï Green, Darrem Charles and sure Ronnie Coleman. all are black except Arnold. It's hard for white people to get Biceps Peak. Any way it's hard to get peak biceps black or white. Look at all the bodybuilders during the time, there are few who have it.. It's easy to get it, but people don't know how to train it. When i was competing i had it.

@Retics Жыл бұрын
Most people don't need special training/exercises. They just have to stop the bad technique..things they don't know they do to make the exercise easier. Things that take the stress off the muscle. I haven't watched a lot of Andrew videos but in most of them he is doing SOMETHING to not get the full isolation of the muscle. Example, with preacher curls i saw in a previous video (haven't finished this one) he leans with his shoulder. And every rep, the shoulder goes down and back. Rocking ever so slightly. Thats not what you're supposed to do with preachers. Its a pure isolation movement. With his pull ups.. it was hard to watch. Looked like a lot of biceps
