I hope Andrew ever gets time to read this...your body is awesome. You now have a big task after the pro show you have , first give in a month of legs + an added body everyday but ensuring no day misses without u working out the legs brutally..during that time, take creatine(very emphasized), protein shakes and lots of chicken ,fish fillets ,( mango, watermelon, pawpaw, avocado and orange) salads ....you'll tell me after that...we need those quadriceps and harmstrings to match the Olympia stage ,they ain't yet there... once you work on that brutally everyday alongside another part... u'll be jacked asf

Is there a reason why you use reduced range of motion on the leg press? I am not knocking you your legs are a strong point so it must be working and/or a reason for it. Just trying to get better ad learn.
@BigTyronie
@BigTyronie Жыл бұрын
Thats it! Its a quad workout. Going shoulder width and burying your knees into your chest activates ham and glute also. That wide and pointing toes outward really gets ham involved. Plus its risky doing full rom leg press with heavy weight. Dont need lower back issues trying to push depth weeks out of a show.

Andrew could approach Ronnie Coleman dominance... his physique and structure has some similarities to Ronnie's... some parts not as strong and some parts better... Highest potential in all bodybuilders currently... hope he realizes it because man that would make for an epic next 5-6 years or so.... Would say get with Ronnie, instead of Ronnie being super positive like he always is, ask Ronnie to give a fair honest assessment to see if an epic 1-2 year push would be worth it to become Mr O for 2-4 years straight

So is this hypertrophy training I mean it's a lot of reps with no rest between sets. Anybody who's normal would have Dom's for 3 weeks doing this kind of a workout so your recovery has to be pretty insane what is this to build leg size cuz it's not strength per se but you are pushing a lot of weight combo strength hypertrophy psycho training I guess I'm confused
