I love this tradition! Hunter was SO kind to make time to meet his fans at the A's games this year ... the ushers even commented on it! He signed a ball and a jersey for me, and it meant so much! I also said hello to your mom, and she introduced herself... lovely lady. Lexi, enjoy your off season and have a wonderful time in the UK. I look forward to watching Hunter wherever he plays next year.

Not sure how I stumbled upon this video. ....KZbin..... I remember when Hunter debuted in 07 with the Astros. I always used him as an example for my boys playing youth baseball of how to play with a ton of intensity and heart. It was heartbreaking when I heard he got traded. I love the way he would wear his pants so all of his socks showed, it made for really cool video highlights on his numerous extra base exploits. Being an Astros fan my whole life, I grew an immense dislike for the San Francisco Giants. But I did really enjoy watching Hunter win those two world series. I was really happy for Hunter when I heard he signed with the Texas rangers. It must be awesome to finally be home again. Bust of luck next year, I hope your still in Texas, (maybe even back in Houston!!), from a family of Hunter fans!!
