All these efforts are good.... as for turning the wall back to the Federal gvt I am not sure about that.... I think Trump should reimburse Texas for all the wall they have built and the buoys and help them set up their own state level border control system. That said I think the Trump administration should go after completing their original plan and adding a new current analysis of the original plan and currrent gaps and make improvements simultaneously.
