I just started watching Joel a few days. Very positive person in his videos and it's nice to see that he loves the taste of good food. In this video what I saw was 6 meals but I guess Joel probably sees them as 6 appetizers lol. I don't think that I have ever seen a person eat as much food as Joel does in one sitting. It's amazing to see. His videos are entertaining, job well done. Not sure if Joel has a nickname or not but maybe, The Bottomless Pit lol.

A great smoked and sauced pork steak with grilled honey crisp apple. That is my favorite. Paired with a baked sweet tater on the grill and either fresh grilled zucchini, summer squash, or homegrown greenbeans. Peach cobbler with homemade vanilla ice cream. My last meal request!

As a texan it brings me some weird sense of pride 2 hear him praise our BBQ. It's a big part of food here. I work for a fire inspection company n we have a team that competes in BBQ competitions n that's pretty common.
