Great video! I noticed that you had a pot top half on the stovetop and half on the counter, which is good, so perhaps you know this, but just in case you don’t, or anyone else, don’t put a hot casserole top or hot pot top directly on the stovetop. It will create suction which could cause the stove top to explode.
