Discovered your channel yesterday with your reporting on Coach Mcguire pointing out how this years conference champions were previously in different conferences. I thought it was a good video and enjoyed the content. And for that reason, I’m watching your follow up regarding Tech. And definitely hoping as a Red Raider that Baylor does not get this five star recruit. Micah Hudson might even stay at Tech, who knows. Be great if he did.

Can't see aTm risking a football game against Baylor. Not *this* Baylor anyways. The sec would have to send a heavy hitter like lsu or bama trying to assure a win against the truck stop Bears that quietly have become the *Juggernaut* Bears. In fact I'd wager the Bears end up bowling against a G5 team or an acc team at best. The bloods won't want to risk any prestige against *these* Bears. Regarding the $6 million wide receiver that totaled 8 catches for a buck something... no. I know the going thing is to buy another Finn so to say but we have a stud receiver or three developing and one or two more including Taz coming in. Spread the money around on a few good linemen. Offensive or defensive it doesn't matter. We need more beef in the trenches to make a serious impact in the next season or two. All IMHO of course.

I’d have to agree, I think find another stud tightend who is a freshman or sophomore, get a big DT, a linebacker and a few offensive lineman for the future.

The Caprock has been good to the Bears in the last 10 yrs…made a comment weeks ago that our turnaround/run was going to launch in Lubbock and got excoriated by some Tech homers. Not sure where they all are today?😂

coming from a Tech fan regarding Hudson, it sounds like he came in and couldn't learn the playbook and didn't want to work hard. Some reports that Morton was constantly getting onto him in practice for not giving a lot of effort. Also asking for 6mill is too much for us to pay 1 person. I'd rather spread that out for 2-3 great OL guys, 1 pass rushers and 1 CB for the price of 1 WR. There was also a reason he wasn't seeing the field when he was healthy. Hearing from players at Tech he didn't earn the playing time. If he goes on and becomes an absolute baller that's great for him. I wish him well but WR is the easiest position to replace in the portal and we have a lot of really young WRs that sound like they will be very good.

With the expanded CFP, the bowl games have lost their luster. A lot of the schools who do not made it to the CFP will have seniors who decide to skip the bowl game in favored of prepping for the NFL combine. Bowls just are not the deal that they used to be. Lots of folks just do not care. The Aggies terrified of playing Baylor? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 You are confusing terror with indifference. FYI - Texas A&M rivals are UT, LSU, and Arkansas, not Baylor.

How much is Baylor willing to spend? Schools with big time NIL Collectives are about to see those collectives become obsolete due to revenue sharing. This means these collectives, which are registered as nonprofits, must empty their accounts early 2025. This will result in big, front-loaded NIL deals being paid out to the top athletes.
