Such a weird place haha, me my brother and a friend went for a 2 day trip to the waco pool ( flew in the day before, stayed at a hotel overnight, surfed one session in the morning and drove straight to the airport after) was a super cool experience and i was surprised how good the expert public session was. Sweet vid as always, cheers!

Jaspers BBQ is not far from the pool and it is melt in your mouth brisket. Backside tubes and barbecue, the perfect match.

❤I remember being at grand opening. They didnt have surfboards , I was able to locate a baggie board and meet guys from other surf parks and Texans surfers. They called me the Hawaiian guy, but I kept them straight. I am Chicano Mexicano Hawaiians call me. Paniolo. : Mexicano Cowboy. Mexicano taught Hawaiians how to raise cattle. Chicano Surfer.

Although I heard the NYC wavepool is only profitable for swimming classes. So I don’t know if they look for that PR. But either way I’d love to see you tear it up! Looks like you get a lot of waves to choose from. Compared to Surf Ranch where you get maybe a hand full of waves the entire day. Quantity over quality? If I'm going to pay to surf it looks like Waco is the better value than SR which is like 50k if you can afford it...

Rudy’s is the best chain BBQ. Also, now that brisket is $50 a pound it’s become snobbery and unaffordable for many people.
