Nice game, edgar is always a beast, we have one player with him in our play group and when we play tribals the only other decks that stand a chance are one golgari elf and my slivers (we don't have goblins player). Nice game as always. One small thing is that plumb the forbidden, copy for each sacrificed creature, the original still draw you one, so if you sack two creatures, you draw three and lose three lifes. Carlos your decks seem to be always really optimized. To be fair you pilot them well, but I think tuning down your power level a bit would potentially increase the overall gameplay experience for the other players and hence the viewers too. Anyway GG

Ya, it was my bad for playing Edgar period. I knew he was really good and I thought if I didn’t play tutors and some of the other best black red cards I’d be fine. I was wrong Edgar’s eminence is busted.

He had a bad run with his deck in the first game getting mana screwed. His second game the deck started to pop off but it was a little too late. It happens.

32:36 he could have sacrificed Tithe Taker to Altar of Dementia, draw 2 cards. Also could sacrifice the Commander Sphere to draw one. Those cards aren't doing anything and he kind of needs gas

It's definitely a good commander, but it's not better than golos. Edgar does one thing very well, but it does one thing. Play vampire's and aristocrat effects. Golos has so many themes and all of them are super consistent. It's just an overall better commander
