First off, congrats to you and Mark, on your beautiful new life together as husband and wife. And to the new life that you both have created! Your videos have been so inspiring and have helped me so much. 2013 was a dark year for me, but I am slowly coming into the light. I have become a more positive, loving and caring person and things are really looking up. I have things written down, like you said to do, and I plan on adding more to it. I am letting go to all of the bad from last year and looking forward to a healthier and much happier new year! Thank you for taking the time to do these videos. Great Tez Talk, as usual! So happy you managed to fulfill all of the goals you and Mark had set for each other in 2013. I'm a brand new mom myself. My baby is now 1month and 7 days old and I feel really blessed to have had her. My husband and her will be my highlights in 2014 as they've been in 2013 while I was expecting and as I delivered on december 1st. Good luck for the rest of your pregnancy, enjoy it as much as possible 'cause you'll miss it.. ;-) but of course actually having your baby, seeing kissing touching him/her will make the whole thing a piece of cake! I love this video (and your others too) you have such a beautiful family, you can tell there is alot of love there. Its interesting to me that you wrote out what you wanted to let go last year and burnt it as my family and i have a tradition of doing this every New year it feels amazing to burn it and send it to the light. I also love that you take a moment when things get heated to recenter yourself and calm down i will definitely be implementing this tool into my life with my relationships in the future. 2013 was a big transition year for me and my 2014 plans are already manifesting themselves very well, so I'm expecting an amazing year. By the way, I think that if you write down besides your plans some steps or main checkpoints to achieve them it will probably help keep yourself more focused. Big congrats for all your blessings and achievements. Happy New Year!

Hey Tez! Thank you for sharing these video's, I love hearing your perspectives. I had a question, (at about 6:10) you say that as well as outlining your goals and visions for the year you have to be really clear about what you don't want. In one of your earlier 'Tez talks' when elaborating on your perception of manifesting you said that you can't ask for what you 'don't want' ie certain bad qualities in a partner as when you did this, the universe delivered just that. Could you please clarify? Thank you once again X

This is a late response but to anyone who reads this: Not necessarily what you don't want but what no longer serves you, identifying that and then let it go (burn it) and ask yourself what you do want and write that down and keep that in the focus.

I completely agree with you re. 2013 being a transitional year. So many things changed for my partner and myself- we moved from Australia to California with our puppy, and started a a business. Now it feels like everything is starting to come together and I'm feeling so grateful. On a side note, I'm going on live television in a few weeks and I'm about to do a lot of public speaking. I'm quite shy and wondered if you have any tips for overcoming this fear? p.s. congratulations to you on your baby! I just found out a few days ago that my sister is having twins :)
