Now, some people consider this an anticlimactic end to the MECH arc... however, I disagree. In the episode, it's clear that Silas thinks he's so awesome now he's in Breakdown's body. However, to Megatron, he's basically a parasite living in his Sergeant's hollowed-out corpse - and, considering that Silas' weapon didn't get a single Autobot, he couldn't beat a weakened Bulkhead (when Breakdown could at worst fight him to a draw at full strength) and Megatron risks losing his medic's full loyalty by keeping him around... what use is he? That's what made it clever - Silas was ultimately just a man whose gigantic ego thought he was worthy of the power of the gods... only for the gods to tell him to piss off.

So, at the end of the episode when Silas failed to kill Raf and destroy the Autobots, Knockout was happily obeying Megatron’s orders and decided to experiment on him as revenge, and then I’m sure a lot of us (if not all of us) knows what happened to Silas in Season 3, Episode 8: (“Thirst”)

Honestly, Silas' biggest mistake was trying to act like Megatron's equal. Honestly I would have liked if Silas observation that the Autobots victories were due to the "human factor" was given more thought by Megatron at a later time. It happens several times during the series, though some of the incidents feel forced to give the kids a reason for being in the show. It would have been a particular moment of character growth for Megatron to recognize and give credit that the humans had proven useful fighting against them. Imagine what would have happened if Megatron had. . .conscripted some humans of his own for the Decipticons. He'd never think of them as anything more than tools to be used, but even a tool has value. It would have been a really interesting interaction to see since the only noteworthy official interaction between Decepticons and organized human society was Megatron holding major cities hostage with his fortress.

Silas problem was he was the leader of mech he called the shots and gave the commands and was not ordered around so when he joined megatron he would not take orders called him megatron instead of lord megatron that finished and sealed his fate though if he did take orders or answer questions and lord megatron I still don’t think megatron would have let him join do to him losing his bargaining chip the satellite I think his fate would of not changed but still would be interesting
