that's actually the wave 3 assortment. this figure gets repeated in that assortment that's why he's become a pegwarmer. sadly, we still do not have that wave on retail (as of this post)

I have seen this figure at Target and its a peg warmer here locally. He comes in a case that includes a red/silver colored Starscream (another peg warmer) and Shockwave (very popular locally) I too agree that either Hasbro or Takara should had done a Voyager class of this character. In the end, I loved hearing that insect noise whenever they were flying on the show.
