Battle Axe My guess is he’s gonna refine those cookie powers somehow for Finn. Maybe make a weapon that concentrates the essences of the mad milk and the Happy cookies? I mean, think about it: if he figures out how to weaponize the powers those cookies gave Finn, it would be a very useful capturing tool. Just blast the target with the raw power of the cookies, turn them into a happy zombie, and they will follow you with no question. All you would need to do is say that you have a tea party or something waiting for them in a cell. Once in, lock the cage and splash them with the mad milk before interrogating them to fix their state of mind. Also useful for more stubborn troops probably.
