I say, one day, there should be a special tool added into TF2, and it's called the Restrict-Remover. What it does is it takes a Halloween Restricted Item and removes the Halloween restriction from Said Item, and to be honest, some Halloween Restricted items deserve to have their Halloween Restriction removed.
