The Seacons are a self-contained Scramble combiner, where the five limb bots play Musical Chairs with their assigned places in the gestalt, the odd one out becoming a Targetmaster. Tentakil, Nautilator, Overbite, Skalor and Seawing can all be arms, legs and guns.

I love how he essentially has four heads. He has his robot mode head. He has a monster face on his chest. He has a different monster face on his gun mode. And his monster face for squid mode. If I had him, I would try and figure out a weapon mode that can be wielded as a cat-o-nine-tails or a flail. The tentacles would be awesome for that.

I'm really glad TFC did those extra stands for gun mode. I went ahead and bought the blue and green ones to have all 3 colors. From the time we got Cyberjaw and I saw the foot used as a stand for gun mode I wanted more to be able to display all 5 in gun mode at once.

That took quite a while for the last member of the team. Eitherway the team is complete - thats what counts. It's some cross between Octopuss and Piranha or something.... If for most of the modes they advice you to de-attach 2 segments of each tentacle, why not make the figure with 2 less segments ?

Did you have the G1 Tentakil mistransformed in robot mode? I've got to find mine to see if I can transform him, but I don't remember having to collapse the feet up into the body for robot mode. Course maybe that was just me, been ages since I played with him and the instructions have long since disappeared.

I love my Thousand Kills, he's awesome. But I'd advise anyone not to use the extra pieces on the feet as it makes the combine mode tilt forward horribly. Due to post being on a hinge and the port having a bit cut out.
