I feel like the information and perspective you gentlemen are providing is a pure gold mine of information. Very much under appreciated, I feel. Thank you both.

Just watched a 40 minute video of two large men telling me to 'just send it' Good video was curious on what you thought of CCT? There seems a lot more information out there about the seals because of what you guys are doing, so good stuff! Keep it up. It will be on this little website forever! Will help people understand what they need to do. A luxury you two didn't have, so you're the best to share your experiences.

How much water does one need to have on board a day, or esp. on a run day, like I like to drink about 64.0z. a day during the summer I have been known to drink a gallon. Second question, or item rather is I want hypertrophy, I am 5ft. 11 more like 6 ft. in shoes 160lbs, I run my two mile best in about 11:47.00 and on average in the twelves slowest around 12:56 and I can do my 4 mile run in 27 and change, my best was 26 and change but I think the planets were align just right that day lolI took the David Goggins challenge and tried 100 pull ups and mine took me about 45 minutes with tiny breaks just a few days ago ( so 20 pull ups no kipping is not a problem even dead hang at 20, my sit ups are decent but I cannot go to two minutes as many as I can although I am trying the method you guys mentioned, slow and easy. I do lift to exhaust in a slow controlled rhythm and then get a lighter weight and really pump the hell out of that to exhaust ( I also like to use the 35 lb. kettle ball) ....I mean as fast as you can to get that lactic acid to draw more muscle cells, (I think I am right that lol). So, question is for my size now, to get to about 180ish with ripped muscle and maintain some cardio endurance how much water and am I on the right track with weights?
