I know this is old, but if you heal someone who is knocked out or reached 0 HP, it doesn't matter if they've taken more damage, they are instantly brought to consciousness and have HP equal to the amount healed. They don't need to be healed from negative digits, that's not a thing.

The whole series? If each episode is average 2:30:00 then that's 32:30:00 of footage to animate. Do you know how it takes to make a minute of animation? It's impractical. If anything, a best moments montage of the entire series. I don't know how long that would be. But my point is, your asking for too much. In a perfect world, YES. In the meantime just use your imagination. It works wonders for me.

A few quick notes- By the book, light crossbows have a range increment of 80/320 (roll attacks normally within 80 ft, attack with disadvantage out to 320 ft). Grant has a Rogue feature called Cunning Action that allows him to use his bonus action to dash, disengage or hide. It would really help his effectiveness in combat. Loved this episode, looking forward to next time.

Question for the dungeon master. Can the guys pull a cronoss trigger combo attack by elloid heat metal the ring, ezra tossing the ring or the fire ball in between enemies and wake elemental tuning to explode or spread in a giant circle of hell fire? Cause that would be dope.

Combo attacks are hard to pull off in D&D, as its up to the rolls. For that to work Elloy would need to go first, then Ezra, then Wake in that order with out enemy interference. Then its up to there rolls. It could go very well, might be a field wipe if the rolls are good... but it could also backfire horribly, specially on Wakes roll. Nat 1 the whole thing would blow up in there face, and if the other rolled high... that would magnify the damage to selfs. Combo are better if the right classes, and races are on a team, and it would matter attack order.

Critical Hits When you score a critical hit, you get to roll extra dice for the attack's damage against the target. Roll all of the attack's damage dice twice and add them together. Then add any relevant modifiers as normal. To speed up play, you can roll all the damage dice at once. For example, if you score a critical hit with a dagger, roll 2d4 for the damage, rather than 1d4, and then add your relevant ability modifier. If the attack involves other damage dice, such as from the rogue's Sneak Attack feature, you roll those dice twice as well.

i know this is super late but if you read this, for future reference a light crossbow has a range of 80/320 while a heavy has 100/400 the 2nd number being long range which gives disadvantage, he very well could have hit the ceiling.

@dizrupt He's said this a few times though I don't think it's on this archive (mainly found on discord, maybe twitter, and the twitch archive) but if he does use the gloves they would at least half his damage as he would not get a bonus attack and I think they have a more static damage output. EDIT: as for the Abyssals, that would still be no good as I believe it would count as a touch spell.

I've always had a homebrew rule about matching dice roll. I allow a second roll, called "the clash", between the two. 1d6; highest roll wins. Most of the dm's i play with have adopted it because it adds a fun bit of flavor to fights.

in 5e, you do indeed double all damage except for the bonuses from STR or DEX. Rogues only getting sneak attack once per round is entirely for the sake of balancing this. They're still considered one of the weaker classes in-combat.
