Brewing potions in D&D is far from an easy task and you can't share potions in D&D. Basically, to be cured, they need the full dose and, since I'm reasonably certain that none of them have time to study, identify, gather ingredients, and brew a second Potion of Cure Disease(should it even work since this feels more like something that requires a Remove Curse spell/potion), they'll have to choose between the mer-deer and gator-deer.

The PHB says matches go to the attacker for attacks, matches go to the defender of an effect involving a saving throw, and Ezra's sneak attack grants bonus damage instead of an extra bonus to hit... however, the sneak attack implies the following: requiring advantage on the attack roll... or: If another enemy of the target is within 5ft of it, that enemy isn't incapacitated, and Ezra doesn't have disadvantage on the attack roll. Fortunately, sneak attack damage is also doubled in a critical hit. Also, cunning action is REALLY good. Hope this helps.

Do remember that before Eloy's Charm and Ziaka's Sleep, she pulled up a knife on Wake. He thought it was an easy disarming, and she suddenly sort of camuflaged herself with the Grass. She Can fight, I'm sure she just never had to. And that would be a cool little fighter to teach.

She’s terrified of anything Wendigo related, that’s why she doesn’t fight. She does have stats, as they could have fought he last episode but Zia’ka found a work around. Also wake tired to disarm her but she used NATURE MAGIC to dodge. Also don’t forget she is the granddaughter of the Elder faun.

Zito never confirmed Nature magic was used to dodge he was just adding story flair to something that was done with her natural speed of her race. The Zombies on the Mantaruva had stats and could have triggered combat, but didn't. Zito encouraged them doing things to avoid combat instead of just rolling initiative after the failed grabble.

Gloriosa has centuries of experience. Calliope is very much green, being ~17 and having everyone disappear 12 years ago. She has the mental age of a 5-year-old, only masked by her fear. She's like Nedra. Can she speak? Yes. When you have two children on board duty you have to be wary because at least Nedra has Fight IQ, and Calliope is a scared (albeit very wise) child with abilities.

"Tie goes to the defender" is not a good way to run a game, cause that means effectively everyone has +1 to AC. For Saving Throws matching the DC means overcoming the effect, but for attack damage it doesn't. Another rule clarification, Spell Save DC is 8+Proficiency+Spellcasting Modifier.
