1:18, its not a bug, nor is it a feature, there are ladders on the side so you can climb out. Just walk forward on the ladders, then you can get out

If you didn't notice (or maybe you did) in Cargo FLAT mode, the ramp portion now retracts back and doesn't expand forward, try it yourself.
