Ofcourse, he ruined that too by allowing Cell to become perfect. Also, technically he was the strongest fighter on the planet when he first landed on Earth in the Saiyan saga. Goku never actually beat him. It was a combined group effort that knocked him down and nearly got him killed, but in terms of sheer power, he outclassed everyone.

negative. the actual reasons were A: they'd been doing this for over a decade and B: they didn't make any money doing so due to Fair Use Laws and Parody. Toei can suck one, they had no right to contest things as hotly as they did and even KZbin was telling them to piss up a rope---no really, youtube got involved, and not on Toei's side---due to the fact that, as TFS themselves directly told them: "WAY TO BE FOUR YEARS LATE TO THE PARTY!" just because they were making DBZ Kai didn't mean shit, they were WAY past the date of making claims on their IP. plus, DBZ ended in 1996. DBA started in 2008. it was firmly in fair use under copyright law.
