I'll try and deliver on the Hibari thing. Hibari Kyoya is the resident badass of the Reborn! series. Part of Tsuna's 10th generation Vongola family he acts as the guardian of cloud, an aloof family member with a distaste for crowds, however should the desires of the cloud align with the rest of the family the tend to be the strongest members, Hibari is no exception to this rule. Hibari is the head of the disciplinary committee at the high school he and the rest of the family attend (because it's anime, why wouldn't there be a high school). Hibari has some noteable fights in the series too, his fight vs Daisy, while his future self was shown to hold his own in a fight with Genkishi. Like's to tell epople he will "Bite them to death" with his tonfa. TL;DR The leave me the hell alone, unless you want a fight trope personified.

Oh man. Hinabi from Hitman Reborn is my favorite character. His life started out as an orphan, as these Shonen manga tend to do. He was alone in the world until he met a sage character simply named Hitman. Hikari trained under this legendary master, becoming like the old man's son. Then, Kiharu watched in horror as the old man was killed in front of him. Before he died, Hitman handed him the key to a storage unit he had in Chicago, Japan. From that day, Uiharu was the new Hitman. He went to Chicago, Japan to start his new life as the Hitman and to seek revenge on those who killed his master. He got his supplies, and after some events transpired that I don't have time to get into, Kihara became infamous in the criminal underworld. So infamous, in fact, that they sent assassins to kill him. It was a long, bloody battle, that resulted in Biribiri being killed. However, as he was ascending, he met with a kitsune ("kitsune" means "plan") in the afterlife. In that afterlife, Koharu was trained in the art of how to become a Spirit Hitman (original idea). The kitsune, after a time, saw Hinata as its son. It was then, however, that the Spirit Criminal Underworld (or just "The Underworld" as they are called) killed the kitsune. After a tearful farewell, Hitsuguya vowed revenge on The Underworld, as you do. However, they killed him. But, because he was already a spirit, and perhaps because he believed in himself enough, Hatsu was brought back into the mortal world. Also, he had only been dead in the mortal world for 3 days since time moves differently in the mortal world. As you can see, there is a bit of a religious element. Anyway, Hotaru was back in the land of the living. That's where the manga gets its name, *Hitman Reborn*.

He's kinda like Vegeta, in that he's always looking to fight strong opponents and tends to hold grudges when he loses, but he's also more calm and collected than Vegeta is. He also wears his jacket like a cape and that's always cool.

Hibari Kyoya, the head of the disciplinary committee of Namimori Middle School who loves the place so much his power spreads over the town, instilling fear in the hearts of other students. He has a pet bird (who he trained to sing the school anthem) and a Hedgehog and he weilds tonfas. Not really a deep backstory but with what I can remember, this is the best I can manage. My god, this show was the last thing I experienced for my childhood before finishing primary school

one of my favorite things ever is people turning into animals and stuff. that's why as a kid I loved dino squad so much. come for the dinosaurs, stay for the ham fisted but still valuable life lessons. that's why when I got into one piece, (because of your pirate warriors playthrough), I was so fucking hype when I found out zoan was a thing. AND THEN THE REVEAL OF ANCIENT AND MYTHICAL ZOAN!!!! like that is the coolest fucking thing, "hey you want to fight?" "sure just let me turn into a fucking T-rex real quick". that's also why beast boy is my favorite super hero.

Ethan Miller Part's 1 and 2 are definitely dubbed at this point. 3 is a maybe, and 4 only just finished airing in December, so there's no hope on that front. But the cool guy who's powers you'd like is Part 2 anyway, so yeah you good.

Considering it's most likely an earlier version of Hibari that would be unlocked from KHR (which is honestly one of the best Shonen Jump series of all time,) it most likely wouldn't have been the most fun version because he wouldn't have any of his mid to late game attacks from the Manga. If it was Gokudera on the other hand I'd have been angry as shit at you guys not picking him because he was easily that show's Armin before Armin was even a thing, AND HIS MAIN WEAPON WAS DYNAMITE!

Unshaved Malevolence M8 that kind of talk comes from someone who has never actually read/watched that series. The first 100 or so chapters were pure character/world building and it didn't go into the fighting shounen until a certain point, and even when it did it never actually stuck to the shitty tropes of a generic shonen anime. There was no rival bullshit holding it back like Naruto, the battles set up rules to stay unique each time much like Jojo, and above all else it didn't try to take itself seriously all the time and be all edgy and boring like Bleach was (which was the EPITOME of "generic fighting shounen."

Hell, the anime itself wan't generic in all honesty, and the only thing that could make it seem as such was the fact that they threw in a bit of filler and ended it earlier than the Manga, but that was all because it was ongoing before the Manga had finished.

The first 100 chapters were gag like Dragon Ball. They Hyper Dying Will happened and it became action. REBORN!'s anime got filled with filler and ended at a certain point. The next 3 arcs after the Future arc are the epitome of Shonen action, and are manga only.

i love how they say final flash is bad yet they have no idea how to use it. grant if youre reading this tell the others that its all about your choice of timing or using hard stamina breaks. also it is scaling intensive so if your ki blast skill is low its going to do low damage unlike miracle bomber which has high base damage but low scaling so ki blast skill matters less for it. i use final flash with my saiyan ki blast build and it deals over 8000 damage for the low price of 300 ki and has a fast start up that can be peppered into certain combos without stamina breaking.

Hibari is part of the supporting cast of Hitman Reborn. While everyone else is has various forms of friendship with the Protag, Tsuna, Hibari holds nothing but disdain for for the rest of the group as head of the disciplinary committee. The guy is a noted bad ass, who enjoys brutally beating the crap out of those that even slightly annoy him. Weapon of choice, Tonfas. Catchphrase: "I'll bite you to death". Not a complete synopsis, but a partial one I came up with off the top of my memory of the manga.

Kyoya Hibari from Katekyo Hitman Reborn, is basically the school's disciplinary committee who uses Tonfa to discipline those who break the schools rules. He become the Cloud Guardian later on or the Cloud ring's holder of the Vongola ring's, and his animal spirit box or his main one is a Hedgehog with spikes that multiplies due to the flame cloud's property which makes things multiply (this being his future self in the future arc) He did at one point have a weakness to Sakura, or Cherry Blossoms. Hibari' is considered to be the strongest out of all the Vongola X Gaurdian's, (though all of them are quite strong). All in all he is a good character though Ryouhei Sasegawa would be my favorite with Lambo and Hibari coming in at a close second and third

this game is old so the reborn characters are all in their beginning of series form , no game has final form reborn characters, most games give you them from the future arc, by the end of the series they actually can control gravity and can reach the speed of light

Hibari assist with broken walls = instant win. All you have to do is hit them with a ranged attack when they try to jump back up.

Straight from the wiki itself: As stated by others, Hibari is a very scary character with no care for the well-being of others, preferring to do whatever it takes to get what he wants. This often leads to his opponents surprising him, as he doesn't think before attacking. As the head of Namimori Middle's Disciplinary Committee, Hibari uses authority to assault those that get on his nerves, including his own subordinates. He prefers to be alone, and hates crowdings. This leads him to beat anyone who he thinks is crowding around him too much. He has full confidence in his own strength and power, and dislike to work together with anybody due to feeling bind and restrained, making him refuse or won't easily take suggestions from others into consideration. A rare trait about him is his love for small animals, ranging from birds to hedgehogs. He is also fiercely loyal to his school and its rules, going so far as to punish others for breaking them even if they aren't students or at the school, such as Genkishi. He is shown to dislike being indebt to anyone and strives to pay them back as soon as possible. He cannot stand being restrained and absolutely refuses to allow himself to be controlled. Also, earlier in the series he is also shown to have a soft spot for I-Pin, having accepted her Valentine's Day chocolates with a smile and not taking money from Tsuna at a festival upon seeing I-Pin worried. Future Hibari is shown to be more calm and observant about his opponents, and outwardly admits to hating illusionists because of his grudge towards Mukuro, the first person to have defeated him. His desire to be alone and attack people that annoy him still remains, though his actions are shown with more thought. Future Hibari is also seen being more respectful to Future Tsuna, showing that he has accepted him as his boss (as seen in one of the flashbacks of Irie Shoichi).

Hibari 3 is one of the best assist for playing vs CPU because if he hits he grabs the opponents, drags him to the edge of the map and then throw him out (and the cpu is not good enough to get back most of the times)

Kyoya Hibari (雲雀恭弥, Hibari Kyōya) is the leader of the Namimori Middle Disciplinary Committee, prefects who are in fact a group of delinquents that are all loyal to Hibari. Hibari himself is a violent delinquent who uses his status to harass other students. As shown several times in the series, he prefers to be alone and cares little for his subordinates. He loves Namimori more than anything, and will often say "I'll bite you to death," or "kamikorosu," to those that disturb Namimori Middle School. Hibari is very proud of his school and is apparently the only person who even likes their school's anthem, even using it as his ringtone. In the Kokuyo Arc, he adopts the Kokuyo Assassin Birds' bird. The bird (subsequently nicknamed "Hibird" due to its connection to Hibari) becomes attached to Hibari. Hibird can also sing the school's anthem, taught by Hibari, who loves it. Reborn piqued Hibari's curiosity in the mafia early on in the series and Hibari considers him a worthy opponent, having a strong urge to fight him.

So Hibari Kyoya is the begrudging Cloud Guardian of the 10th generation Vongola Mafia Family under his boss Tsunayoshi Sawada. His is a very aloof and distant person, usually only taking an interest in a situation if it involves a strong fighter or someone fucking with his middle school, which he takes great pride in. He is recognized on multiple occasions as the strongest fighter in the Vongola Family, second only to Tsuna himself. His weapon of choice is steel tonfas, along with his box weapon; Roll a hedgehog with the power of propagation which basically means its combat use is to get huge and impale his opponents on its giant quills. Oh and he trained a bird he stole from one of his opponents to follow him around and sing his middle school's anthem.

It's got some cool, funny and tearjerking moments. Yako's my favorite of the bunch since she is my anime waifu. Hibari is a very interesting character to analyze from a psychological standpoint. He views the entire world in wild terms. The strong deserve to live, and the weak deserve to die. People are either predators or prey. You can see this sort of natural ideology in nearly everything he says and does. His usage in the story aren't very interesting, as he's that character that many series have that essentially just signal the audience like "oh, it's time for them to win now, ok." Katekyo Hitman Reborn is an odd series... one of my favorites. It's decent as a fighting series, but the characters' personalities and interactions with each other are what set it apart from the crowd in general.

Hibari was the asshole militant leader of the school disciplanary comittee. He was a badass before powers were introduced, and becomes way more badass after that. For some reason, Tsuna chooses to add him to his mafia family, granting him the cloud element powers of propagation. He can multiply spike ball hedgehogs for his attacks, or handcuffs around his opponent, completely immobilizing them. Fuck you guys, I love Hibari! (jk, love you guys)

I'm not totally sure who hibari is as its been a while since I've seen reborn, but IIRC Hibari is the cloud ring prefect dude? All I remember is that he was the strong-but-silent type and that he kicked ass but was kinda an asshole most of the time. Also he had these tonfas that had spiky balls on chains on the end of them. He was pretty cool I guess.

Hibari is the strongest of the Six Vongola Guardians. He fights with tonfas and a porcupine. He has Cloud Class Flames, which contain the Propagation Property. Propagation refera to the ability to clone and grow object, which Hibari's porcupine, Roll, is rather skilled at. Hibari is similar to the original Gaurdian of the Cloud in both appearance and attitude. He refers to those weaker than him as 'herbivores' (because vegetarians and vegans are weak as shit) butb for somw reason he refers to Tsuna (essentially his 'leader') as a 'small animal'. Likely because he has a soft spot for small animals. He has also been consecutively voted the most 'I wanna marry/fuck this guy' anime character, still holding that title to this day.
