the rumble thing is not a bug, the tool tip says if there's only 1 unit left all rockets will hit that unit

The rumble was bugged because it had cast, proc'd 2nd chance and then proceeded to not get any more mana until it died. The rockets hitting ekko didn't matter. What mattered was not getting any mana for the rest of the fight.

@@kicm3864 I think it also has something to do specifically with Ekko, because earlier I was playing ambushers and my Ekko and their champ would both stop gaining mana if it was a 1v1. Worked in their favor every time cause they were AD lol
