We're going on 13 years without playoffs! The Sabres FINALLY showed promise last year and virtually nothing was done to improve the roster. I was disappointed before the terrible start this year.

Buffalo's franchise in the National Hockey League is inconsistent. They keep promising fans a fun and exciting team to watch, but, once again, the highlights feel as though they are few and far between and the inconsistent play has them once again looking at another year of no postseason play. I don't want to hear about injuries. Sure, it shows a lack of overall organizational depth, but enough with the excuses.
