Boothill was NEVER in Nutty. They were apartments where Crips hung across from park village. They may have hung in the Grandees with other Compton Crips but their hood never extended across Wilmington.
@Nuttymoe4 жыл бұрын
I peeped that too. I'm from Nutty. I'm only 49 years old. I wasn't 'gon take time to correct what the OG Piru said, cuz from his standpoint, it was all the same - Grandees & Boothill - cuz they ran together and hung out in both places. Boothill is across Wilmington and is not now Nutty Blocc. Grandees is now Nutty Blocc. I remember the big homie Boothill Reg bein' in the hood every day. His brother co-founded the Grandees, and their younger brother is one of our OG's from Nutty Blocc. Grandees, 165 Blocc, Neighborhood Blocc, is all Nutty now. It can be confusing, and I watched them all as I was growing up. I thought they would be offended when they got out of prison and us young dudes changed the hood name to Nutty, but they happily claim it right along with us. Some of the Original Compton Crips that never lived in Nutty, still claim Grandees, and many claim their own hoods now like Park Village, Lantana, Spook Town, Front Hood, etc., etc. I didn't correct the OG's like Volcano and Head Hauncho when they said on interviews that Lil Roscoe started Spook Town, cuz they're before my time, but Lil Roscoe is my cousin-in-law, and he yells out Grandee every day, and told me, he ain't from Spook Town. He said he went to jail claimin' Grandees, and that's the only hood he claim. He says, "Yeah, I was the first Compton Crip in what is now called Spook Town, but I didn't name it Spook Town." He said that's his little brother and his friends who started that. He said they came to him in jail and told him that them and his little brother started callin' their section Spook Town. He says before he went to YA (jail), he was the first Crip over there, and was gettin' into it with U.S. Boys in that area who were hangin' with Pirus. They didn't like Crips, so he had to walk past his enemies over there, and in Acacia, to get home from the Grandees, but Hauncho and Salty nem from Grandees would come to his house and make sure he was ok. So when they say Spook Town and Acacia was Pirus, they're not wrong, and they're not right. And the OG Piru on this video saying Boothill is now Nutty, he definitely ain't right, but I know what he means. I think everybody knows what he means. That Grandee crew was pretty much all the same.

Question for dudes in that section of Compton: Though I've been from Nutty Blocc since elementary, I lived all over Compton, and once lived on east side Kay st where the OG's claimed Leuders Park Piru, then I moved to Willow st in Santana Blocc, then I moved to other hoods, so, at the time, I went to Mayo Elementary, and witnessed an OG Elm st Piru named Earl, beat the shit out of an OG Santana Blocc. Is Earl a reputable over there? His walk and talk seemed hard af. Do I have the name right? I could of sworn the name was Earl. We were kids playing after school in the late 1970's and 3 Santanas walked past the school. Earl was either a grown man, or an older teenager. He saw them, and walked across the playground with a bat yellin' Piru, hopped the fence, dropped the bat, and they let him get a head up one-on-one fade. I won't say the name of the dude he beat up out of respect. I fear no man, but there's no need to put a fellow Crip's downfall on social media if that man has never disrespected me. I only said the hood for relevance and reference to the area. It's hard to leave out Santana in this story. Santana and Elm are right there next to each other. I had a fight with a dude named Reggie Chism from Elm st and his friend Day Day at the same time after school in elementary, then we became close friends that year until I moved to the west side of Compton. Before I moved, I used to go to his house in Elm hood, and he had a few older brothers that seemed to be OG Pirus. I wonder what happended to him. Also, on Kay st, I used to witness Dale Brown and Moss beat the shit out of dudes regularly. They claimed Leuders Park. Dale had the blue lowrider glass house on craigers and hydraulics. I've been through the juvenile system, and been to many prisons, but I've never bothered to ask any east side Pirus about them. I finally asked my in-law from Piru that used to work for Death Row. When I asked him about Dale, he recognized the name, but when I asked about Elm streets, he couldn't tell me about Earl. He knows the Chism's, but only by gang names, cuz he's not from Elm, and I'm not sure what Reggie's gang name was bacc then, cuz we were in elementary, so I'm not for sure if my in-law knows the same Reggie Chism I knew. My memory be playin' triccs on me, but I could've sworn I ran across somebody in the late 1980's that told me Reggie got killed, but my in-law says there's a Chism that used to work with him at Death Row. I don't think that's the same dude I fought in elementary.

So Bacot and Marv are about the same age, they are both up there with Munson. Crips was started on the E/S by RW in late 1969, RW was 15 y/o at the time. W/S Crips formed late 1970-early 1971, so Bacot was close to 22 y/o when he joined Crips... Marv said he joined Piru in 1973, so he was about 23. They both joined their respective gangs when they were in their 20s, while most other members and founders were still teenagers.

It sounded like new years every ather night in Compton 1984 and 85 . 3 or 4 different shoot outs at the same time. James can't explain it in Proper Los Angeles Gang Talk code fashion. For not to be seeming bolstering his clout while making someone else's clout look small . Like when him and Gene Deal had the talk. Gene was too emotional . To where as James had to become the host role and keep it cordial. For the disrespect Gene kind of dished.
