Wow! It was good seeing those photos of my O.G's and hearing their name. Thanks Frog for sharing. I can recall Ray Boyce being killed on Antwerp and 111th street in front of Hardrock and Bill Bill's the Taylor's unit, and Johnny Westbrook's unit. I had just left the ice cream truck on Antwerp (Smiley's Dipsey Doodle truck, eating my junior flip when shots ranged out and Ray Boyce was killed). As a kid I felt really protected at the age 5 and up knowing they were guys of my community) Frog is real as they come ..I'm a witness watching as a kid... Side Bar: We were taught at a very young age when we hear gun shots to duck and roll and I did just that , but, I did not drop my Junior Flip ice cream. R.I.P. Rhea Boyce, a pillar of strength of the Nickerson Garden's Community, and Watts.

Part of my entertainment in the projects when I was a kid, was watching Frog being chased by the police every week, and the Barker Boy's house being hit by the police, it seemed like a sitcom. ... Lol. Forreal tho.. He doesn't brag on himself, but Frog also had hands. I'm a witness. I was like Saul in the bible when he was in the cut watching his O.G.'s put it down (Pharisees) demolishing Christians. I was also in the cut watching, learning, and waiting for my number to be called, my turn to become active..I respect my O.G.'s who paved the way for me. There's a pecking order to this madness. Side bar: Like SauI/ Paul in the bible, I was also converted to a disciple of Christ.. Damascus Road Experience. Praise the Lord...

of all the pictures of gang members wearing gang colors(where its obvious that its not by coincidence), crip or blood, OG Frogs bounty-ru pictures are the earliest ones that i've seen so far. i never seen a picture of a crip from the 70s wearing blue. i don't really believe that the blue bandana was invented in 1973 and if it was, it didn't really take off until the late 70s. i think colors became a thing in 76,77 with the red rag and then the blue rag came out. if look at 70s crip pictures they never wear blue
